A dynamic internship opportunity supporting the Healthcare Informatics team in deployment coordination, system support, administrative operations, and client engagement activities across South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Support the Healthcare Informatics team in deployment and implementation activities across customer sites and internal projects.
• Assist with market research, inventory management, delayed order follow-ups, and documentation tracking to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and update records, Salesforce data, contract install bases, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate emails, attend meetings and workshops, and capture meeting minutes accurately and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare informatics systems, project coordination, and healthcare technology operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team wherever required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
